Ok this was the year I ws born so this is the info. that I have found
William Gray Espy originated the role of Snapper in 1973. Hasselhoff replaced him in 1976 and played him until 1982. Espy returned as Snapper in 2003, when it was revealed that her archenemy Jill was actually Kay's daughter. Espy's other famous soap role was ANOTHER WORLD's Mitch Blake for from 1979-82 and 1986-90. Mitch was the biological father of Matthew Cory via his affair with Rachel (Victoria Wyndham).
